Check out The 8 Players That Return To Chelsea This Summer After Their Loan Deal Expired

June 30th was the official date that Players who were in the last season of their contract during the 2021/22 Season became available as free agents. For Players who were loaned to other clubs, that date was also the day that their loan contract expired.

This saw many of these Players returning to their clubs. For Chelsea Football Club, about 8 Players who were loaned out to other Clubs last summer on a season-long loan deal officially became Chelsea Players once again. We’ll take a look at 8 Players that fall in this category.

1. Conor Gallagher

The England International is officially no longer a Crystal Palace Player as at July 1st. He’s among the Players that Thomas Tuchel will access their performance during the Pre-season.

2. Billy Gilmour

The Scotland National spent the last season with Norwich City. While the Canaries will have to settle for second division football next season because they were relegated, Billy Gilmour has returned to Chelsea.

3. Armando Broja

The Albania National also joined the list of Players that are returning from loan. He scored 6 goals in the English Premier League last season for Southampton and he’ll be looking to break into Chelsea’s first team next season.
