Breaking: Man Utd Terminates Ronaldo’s Contract

Manchester United have reached an agreement with Cristiano Ronaldo to terminate his contract. It was reported last week that Manchester United had started a legal process against Ronaldo for breach of contract after his interview with Piers Morgan.

That work has developed rapidly and the 37-year-old’s exit has been finalised byt the club. The former Real Madrid star is now a free agent and can join any club in January.

Manchester United released an official statement on their website to confirm the termination of Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract.

“Cristiano Ronaldo is to leave Manchester United by mutual agreement, with immediate effect,” the club confirmed.

“The club thanks him for his immense contribution across two spells at Old Trafford, scoring 145 goals in 346 appearances, and wishes him and his family well for the future.

“Everyone at Manchester United remains focused on continuing the team’s progress under Erik ten Hag and working together to deliver success on the pitch.”
